What I do.
Using a trauma informed care approach, I can help you find better balance in your life and arm you with tools and techniques to incorporate self-care to manage symptoms of anxiety or depression. When you are able to consistently practice self-care, you are physically changing your brain and training your body to manage stress in a healthy way.
I have over 13 years of experience as a professional in the healthcare and mental health field. My clinical experience gives me a unique perspective and set of skills for life coaching.
